SPI Industries is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to join the team. Individuals seeking to gain Human Resources experience and begin an HR career are encouraged to apply. This position does offer flexible scheduling to maintain a good work/life balance. This position requires 20 hours per week.

SPI Industries seeks to deliver the highest quality plastic injection molded products to each customer by standing behind the quality policy:

  • Goals Protecting profitability: expanding our customer base and improving productivity.


  • Coordinate staffing needs with temporary agencies to maintain a flow of candidates
  • Engage in daily communication with SPI foremen on the status and needs for operator positions
  • Update computer systems and staffing roster with employee information
  • Create any necessary HR documentation such as upcoming insurance eligibility notices, new hire documentation, corrective action notices, etc.
  • Provide backup assistance for payroll processing and learn entire process
  • Handle all facets of the employee Onboarding process such as scheduling pre-employment physicals and drug screens
  • Audit health insurance invoices monthly to verify that each employee has the correct deductions
  • Maintain and update personnel files for all employees.


  • High School Diploma required
  • Previous office management/administrative experience preferred
